The Mike West Band is a self contained unit, providing their own 2KW sound system and lighting. This equipment, based around Mackie SRM active speakers and subwoofers, and Allen and Heath Mixing desk, is also available for private hire to bands, DJ's and venues, and can provide top quality sound reproduction in medium to large venues, marquees and halls.

Mike West is an experienced arranger of all 20th century popular music. In the past he has written extensively for Jazz Ensembles of any size from trio to big band. He has also arranged in many other styles including pop, reggae, soul, ska, blues, funk, motown, rock'n'roll and many more. Mike is very experienced at writing for brass sections and has also arranged classical music for orchestras. Music can be either handwritten or computer generated.
